Brooklyn, Brookie, Brooke no matter what you call her she is a special girl. She has been through a lot medically. She is a tuffy for sure. When I was pregnant for her we didn't find out the sex of our baby. So when she came out & they said It's a girl, I was so happy. I wanted another girl especially after having a boy. She was a special package from the moment she was born. When she was only 7months old she was admitted into the hospital. She was had a UTI. After she was put on medicine & diagnosed with Urinal Reflex with a double ureter she was on meds until she was four. But was she was 3 she went back in the hospital to get surgery on her bladder & kidneys. The surgery worked and she has only had 1 or 2 UTIs since which is extremely good since she was having multiply. She was a good girl all the time even when she was sick which seemed to be a lot. She even had a smile on her face when she woke up from surgery. She was so swollen and she was hooked up to so many machines. Thankfully she doesn't even have to see the specialist anymore. Since then she has been diagnosed with pituitary dwarfism and is on a daily injection to help her grow. At first it was very difficult. I am so glad she is so good with doctors. She is very independent when it comes to doctor's appointments. She answers all the questions with a smile & getting weighed & measured is always a highlight. Since being on the meds to help her, she has grown over 4inches. She continues to see her regular doctor & her growth specialist. I am so proud of her. She has grown up and matured so much in the last year. I kinda miss my baby girl who I could carry around. But I love the little lady she is becoming.
