summer vacation is almost over!

As you are getting ready to send your kids back to school or start another year of homeschool I wanted to just make you aware of a few things. Some children have their own set of Anxiety
. Weather they are starting a new school or just moving up to the next level, there are plenty of stress out there for your children. Try to keep your nerves down and help them with theirs. Some are just getting into school for the 1st time, some are going into a grade that they know has a big test. & some are moving into middle school or high school. If you homeschool, their could still be some anxiety. Maybe this upcoming year they know you are going to be expecting even more from them. Which is ok! No matter what, try not to push ur stress on to them. They have enough! Encourage them to share with you what they are going through. Here are some links to share with your children on how to release some of the anxiety.
